When purchasing goods from Masiel Bebe we ask you to provide personal and payments details, some of this information will be kept on record so we can recognise you as a customer the next time you log in. We may use your details to send you information on new collections and special offers throughout the year.

By registering with Masiel Bebe you agree to us using your data for these purposes. But we will never pass your personal information or payment details onto any third party. This will be kept 100% private and secure.

We have three ways to deliver your purchases. Postage and Packaging within the UK is £3.95 for orders under £70, this will be Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.

If the total amount of your purchase is over £70 we offer you free Postage and Packaging.

For all European countries the cost of the delivery is £7.50. And all orders to be sent outside the EU will incur in a £9.50 Postage and Packaging charge.

When items are in stock your order will be sent within 24 hours, making delivery between two and three working days for orders to mainland UK using our standard delivery service. For European orders delivery will be within four to six working days and outside the EU from seven to eight working days.

If an item is “out of stock” please feel free to contact us via phone or email us to see if we can source another for you.

During exceptionally busy times there may be a slight delay in delivery.

We hope that you are happy with your purchases but if you do need to exchange or return an item please send it back to us in its original condition, as long as it has not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags still attached within 14 days of receipt. Please note that as we offer free delivery for orders over £70, if the full order is returned we will discount the postage charge from your order. Please also note that the shipping charge can not be refunded if the full order is returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in the post so please obtain a free proof of postage from the post office which will serve as your security in case this happens. Please allow 14 days for us to process your returns. Credit card refunds will appear on your next bank or credit card statement. 

If you prefer we are happy to accept internet order returns and exchanges in our shop.

Products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last.

We have taken every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are as accurate as possible, so we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

All prices indicated for children’s clothing on this website are exclusive of VAT, since in the UK the VAT is not charged for children’s clothing.

Prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling and we do not accept others currencies. You can still purchase in other currencies, but the process and payment is yours bank’s responsibility.
